Additional costs, so you know everything upfront

Our plans include everything you need to launch your project with a professional design and simple content management. There are two specific cases that are quoted separately, and we'd rather you know about them from the start: changes outside the agreed scope during the project, and design changes to your control panel. You can edit all your content — text, photos, gallery, video, contact details — whenever you want. Adding a new section or changing your site's visual structure is design work, and it's quoted separately. We work with clear rules from day one, no fine print.

On your end

A project moves as fast as the information we receive from you. We need your audiovisual content (photos, videos, text) or, for a management project, the business rules and base data defined from the start — the sooner you share it, the sooner your site moves forward. Delays on your end are logged and are not considered a failure on our part; as a result, we don't accept claims about delivery timelines, payments, or expectations based on an ideal scenario that wasn't met due to delays outside our control. We build in one extra week of margin on top of the agreed timeline to absorb reasonable delays; beyond that margin, the extended time caused by client delays is quoted starting at €20/hour.

• •Every project starts with a Preliminary Technical Assessment at no cost — that's how we define scope, architecture and budget precisely, instead of throwing out numbers at random.
• •Every project works with a deposit: once you accept the proposal, you pay 50% of the total project value to begin development.
• •Here's the full path, start to finish:
  • –Clarity Session — free, no strings attached.
  • –Preliminary Technical Assessment — on our end.
  • –Proposal and Budget — scope and price closed in writing. Once you accept the proposal, you pay 50% of the project and we start development.
  • –Development, pre-delivery session. Once you approve the product at pre-delivery, you pay the remaining 50% and we go live!
• •A few guidelines worth keeping in mind:
  • –The scope is locked in at the Proposal and Budget stage — anything you request beyond that is quoted separately, as an extension.
  • –You can freely edit your content (text, photos, gallery) at no extra cost; changing the structure or design is separate work.
  • –Delays on your end are logged and don't generate claims about timelines — there's one week of margin before it's billed by the hour.
  • –If you withdraw after paying the deposit, that 50% is non-refundable, but you receive the full setup built up to that point (code and product developed).

The features delivered are exactly those included in each service. No extra features or designs are delivered beyond that; anything additional is negotiated, if at all, before the Proposal and Budget stage.
