This site has no forms that automatically collect your data. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily share with us when you reach out via WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn — for example, your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

The public site does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Only the admin panel, used exclusively by our team, uses a technical session cookie to keep you logged in.

We use the data you share with us only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a commercial proposal, and, if applicable, follow up on an ongoing project. We do not use it for any other purpose and we do not share it with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is, depending on the case: your consent when you voluntarily write to us (GDPR art. 6.1.a), the performance of pre-contractual steps or of the contract if the project goes ahead (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and our legitimate interest in following up on active commercial inquiries (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

When you write to us via WhatsApp or email, your message passes through Meta's or Google's technical infrastructure as providers of those services, subject to their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing or resale purposes.

The database and admin panel we use to operate the site are hosted on Supabase Inc.'s infrastructure, which acts as a data processor (infrastructure provider) under its own Data Processing Agreement, including standard contractual clauses for international transfers where applicable. Supabase does not access your data for its own purposes, other than providing us with the hosting service.

We keep your data for as long as the inquiry or business relationship lasts, plus any additional time needed to comply with legal or tax obligations if a project moves forward.

You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, objection to, or portability of your personal data at any time by writing to bichodeluz.es@gmail.com.

This policy covers only the processing of data on soybichodeluz.com. Websites we develop for clients have their own, separate Privacy Policy, the content of which is the responsibility of the client who owns that site (see our Terms and Conditions, section 8).

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulations. The last-updated date shown at the top of this page reflects the current version.
